Therapy is a gift you give yourself.
Maybe you're concerned that you might not have the time or energy for therapy. Life gets busy and sometimes it feels better to just unwind in front of the TV versus going to therapy and working through the hard stuff. By dedicating the time to work on yourself, you'll have more mental and emotional energy, and will enjoy your daily life more.
Therapy is an investment. You'll feel happier and healthier in the long run. You may be concerned that you won't get any better, or that you won't get enough out of therapy to make a difference. It's my job to help you find the hope and motivation already existing within yourself. The only thing that we can count on is that our feelings and pain can, and will, change. By learning about yourself and your patterns you will find new ways of thinking and acting in the world.
Have faith in the process- thousands of people have come before you. It's hard, but it works.
